Preparatory training in Japan for overseas teachers (excluding Japanese nationals) participating in the Japan Experience Program for Overseas Children.
Teachers prepare for participation in the program by discussing ways to maximize learning effectiveness, etc., while also gaining new knowledge and skills useful to them in their roles as Japanese teachers.
Japan Experience Program for Overseas Children
A program for students (aged 12-16) who are studying Japanese at overseas schools.
Students visit a Japanese school for exchanges and intercultural experiences in Japanese with students of the same age, deepening understanding and interest in the Japanese language and Japanese culture.
Overseas Experience Program for Japanese Children
A program for students of Japanese junior high schools.
Students visit an overseas school for exchanges and intercultural experiences with students of the same age who are studying Japanese, promoting their renewed awareness of the Japanese language and Japanese culture, as well as recognition of themselves as international people.
